To open an account, you will require the home address, date of birth, email, and mobile number for all owners, directors, +25% shareholders, or partners.

Depending on your business or group structure, you may also need to provide additional documents such as:

• Property agent: We will need your CMP (Client Money Protection) certificate if you have one. If you don’t have a CMP certificate, you can still apply and open a Calmony Client Bank Account. Additionally, please provide your HMRC UTR (Unique Taxpayer Reference) number.
• Calmony Client Accounts for Non Property Agents: a HMRC letter with your UTR number.
• Block management limited companies: a HMRC letter with your UTR number.
• Right to Manage companies: proof of your right to manage.
• Build to Rent limited companies: a HMRC letter with your UTR number.
• Sole traders and non-limited partnerships: a HMRC letter with your UTR number, proof of trading and home address, 3 months of trading or personal bank account statements, and a partnership agreement.
